Get your N1 coaches CPD compliant
Your coaches complete their Continuous Professional Development (CPD) through the US Club Soccer Education Center, powered by Coaches' Voice. Fall teams deadline: September 15, 2026. Spring teams deadline: January 15, 2027.
The N1 requirement is completed through your existing ECNL Coach Education Center, powered by Coaches' Voice — the same CPD your coaches are already doing. Your ECNL coaches must still complete learning by the ECNL deadline of July 31st. If any of your N1 coaches are not yet on your platform, click "Register your club" to add them.

Every coach listed on an N1 team roster must complete 5 hours of continuous learning by September 15, 2026 for year 1. ECNL coaches must still complete their learning by August 1st. From year 2 onwards the deadline for everyone is August 1 each year.
Any coach on the roster of an N1 team. This applies to all rostered coaches, not just head coaches.
This year, coaches who do not coach in the ECNL and who hold a D license or higher that earned on or after January 1 2021, are exempt from the requirement to complete 5 hours of CPD.
The N1 CPD package is the same as the ECNL CPD package — 3 hours of curated modules plus 2 hours selected from a pre-determined list of technical and tactical content from the Coaches' Voice library. All coaches also get full access to the entire Coaches' Voice and US Club Soccer content library as part of their subscription.
5 hours of learning in total. Coaches can complete it at their own pace across any number of sessions before the September 15 deadline.
Once a coach has completed their 5 hours, they can access their certificate through their profile in the Education Center. Under the dropdown menu, select 'Achievements' to find and download the certificate. This can then be uploaded directly to GotSport as proof of completion.

Access is priced per coach per year, starting at $115 for a single coach with volume discounts available for larger clubs. Your club registers and pays in one step.

If you are an ECNL club, you will receive additional user licenses that you can use to add additional coaches to your existing platform. If you are not, Coaches' Voice will set up a new club platform for you and share access.
